Physical Therapist - Per Diem

As the per diem, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Physical Therapist at Drew Memorial Hospital, you will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease. You will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI activities.

Schedule: This position will work up to 19 hours per week and a minimum of 4 hours per month providing coverage "as needed."

About the Facility: Drew Memorial Health System is a non-profit, 60-bed, community-owned acute care facility that serves a population of 200,000 in Southeast Arkansas. Services include an Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Cancer Center Infusion Services, a Sleep Center, Women's Services, Imaging, Radiology, Respiratory, Rehabilitation Therapy, Inpatient and Outpatient senior Psychiatric Services, Wound Care, Home Health and Lab. CPS Solutions has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this Rehabilitation Department.This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

Required Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred ​
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas
• One year of acute care and outpatient experience preferred 

Hospital Requirements (may be needed):

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• Covid-19 Vaccination (required)
